Who counts as a seat?

Learners, instructors, and managers with enabled access. Pending invitations do not count. A person in more than one training space counts separately in each.

How do seat-days work?

One person with access for one calendar day equals one seat-day. Any part of a day counts, even without signing in. Removing and restoring access in the same space on the same day counts once. Divide seat-days by the days in that month to get monthly equivalent seats.
